Aviso do Chefe do Executivo n.º 89/2011
O Governo da União de Mianmar e o Governo da República Popular da China concluíram, por troca de notas, o acordo relativo à extensão da área de jurisdição consular do Consulado Geral da União de Mianmar na Região Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong à Região Administrativa Especial de Macau. Neste sentido, o Chefe do Executivo manda publicar, nos termos do n.º 1 do artigo 6.º da Lei n.º 3/1999 da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau, por ordem do Governo Popular Central, a Nota do Governo da União de Mianmar no seu texto autêntico em língua inglesa e a Nota do Governo da República Popular da China no seu texto autêntico em língua chinesa.
Mais se torna público que o referido acordo entrou em vigor em 2 de Junho de 2000.

The Embassy of the Union of Myanmar presents its compliments to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of the Union of Myanmar would like to extend the consular district of the Consulate-General in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China to Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
In this connection, the Embassy of the Union of Myanmar would be grateful if the esteemed Ministry could kindly seek approval from the authorities concerned of the People’s Republic of China.
The Embassy of the Union of Myanmar avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of its highest consideration.
